I am a fully qualified and fully insured Advanced Clinical Massage, Sports & Advanced Myofascial Release Therapist.

Aware of the importance of good health I strongly believe that massage and hands-on manual therapy forms part of a regular and essential maintenance routine that everyone can benefit from. As a Clinical, Sports and Advanced Myofascial Therapist, I firmly believe in 'healing through movement' and clients are very much involved with their treatment, finding 'options' for movement, crucial for recovery after an accident, surgery and instances where movement has been compromised.  I work closely where necessary with client's gp's, surgeons, physiotherapists & other health practitioners and look to complement and further aid their treament plans and objectives for recovery.

I use a combination of techniques and tailor each treatment to the needs of each individual client.  These include soft and deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, muscle energy work, trigger point therapy and gentle mobilisation for the treatment of conditions such as sporting injuries, repetitive strain injuries and movement / mobility restrictions.

Injury from sports / movement issues restricting training/capability
RSI’s & carpal tunnel
Low back / hip pain
Sciatica
Upper neck/shoulder pain
Shoulder injuries/pain
Headaches/migraines / sinus issues
Ankle issues / movement restrictions
